HEAT IS SUPPLIED BY (30) 2000 WATT INCOLOY SHEATHED HEATING ELEMENTS HOUSED IN A PLENUM. HEATED AIR IS CIRCULATED HORIZONTALLY (RIGHT TO LEFT) BY A 2 HP 2400 CFM 24" DIA FAN. OVEN WILL BE SET UP FOR INERT ATMOSPHERE AND EQUIPPED WITH SOLENOID VALVE, REGULATOR, PRESSURE GAUGE AND DELIVERY PORT. PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE IS INSTALLED IN CASE THE CHAMBER EXCEEDS THE DESIRED LIMIT. THE OVEN HAS AN AIR JACKET AROUND THE INNER LINER WITH A INTAKE DAMPER AND FORCED EXHAUST THAT WILL TURN ON DURING COOL DOWN CYCLE. THE DAMPERS ARE MOTORIZED AND OPENED DURING COOLING & CLOSE DURING HEATING.
