- DESIGNED FOR 750 LBS CAPACITY (500 LBS PARTS, 250 LBS BASKET) CAPABLE OF HEAT TREATING 500 LBS LOADS OF ALUMINUM PARTS IN 30 MINUTES USING A 40"CUBE WORK BASKET. FROM THE LOAD/UNLOAD STATION THE BASKET IS LIFT UP AND ELECTRICALLY CONVEYED ACROSS THE RINSE AND QUENCH TANKS INTO THE FURNACE. FURNACE HAS AN AIR OPERATED FRONT DOOR, ELECTRICALLY HEATED WITH CIRCULATING FAN. AT COMPLETION OF HEAT CYCLE FRONT DOOR OPENS AND LOAD IS CONVEYED TO THE QUENCH TANK, THEN RINSE TANK, THEN TO UNLOAD ELEVATOR ALL LOWERED AND RAISED BY AIR CYLINDER.
