AN AIR SAFETY SWITCH MONITORS THE CIRCULATING AIR. OVEN HAS A FRESH INLET ON LEFT SIDE WALL & A TOP MOUNTED EXHAUST PORT WITH A SLIDE GATE. THERE ARE PROVISIONS FOR 4 TRAYS, 1 TRAY IS INCLUDED. OVEN INTERIOR IS STAINLESS STEEL, EXTERIOR SHEET METAL IS MACHINE GRAY. STAND, POWERED EXHAUST QUOTED UPON REQUEST
