OVEN WAS DESIGNED TO TAKE A WORK CART FULL OF REMOVABLE TRAYS AND AT THE END OF THE HEAT CYCLE BE UNLOADED AT THE REAR THROUGH AN AIR OPERATED DOOR APPROX 4'HIGH. THE OVEN IS EQUIPPED WITH (4) ELECTRIC JACK SCREWS WHICH WILL LIFT THE CART UP SO THE TRAYS AT THE BOTTOM CAN BE UNLOADED. THIS JACK SCREW SYSTEM CAN BE REMOVED AND JUST USE THE OVEN AS A SINGLE SIDE WALK IN.
