OVEN INTERIOR IS 304 STAINLESS STEEL. EXTERIOR IS PAINTED GRAY. OVEN WALLS ARE 8” THICK. OPTIONS: 18" OVEN STAND W/MACHINE LEVELER LEGS, SHELVES W/BRACKETS 100 LB & 250 LBS. CAPACITY SHELVES , CHART RECORDER.
