INTERIOR OF THE OVEN IS ALUMINIZED STEEL. EXTERIOR IS CR STEEL PAINTED MACHINE GRAY. OVEN CAN BE ORDERED WITH COMBINATION AIR FLOW FROM BOTH SIDE WALLS AND RETURNS TO THE ROOF AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. OPTIONS:RACKS AND CARTS, HANGING BRACKETS, DISCONNECT BOX, RECORDER AND DOORS AT EACH END.
