INTERIOR OF THE OVEN IS ALUMINIZED STEEL WITH PAINTED STEEL EXTERIOR. OVEN CAN BE ORDERED AS HORIZONTAL AIR FLOW AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. OPTIONS: OVEN WILL ACHIEVE +- 10 F UNIFORMITY. RACKS AND CARTS, HANGING BRACKETS, DISCONNECT BOX, DOORS AT EACH END AND 3” INSULATED FLOOR WITH CART TRACKS.
