TRAY IS LIFTED HYDRAULICALLY BY A DRIVEN ROLLER TABLE AT ENTRANCE AND MOVED INTO HEAT CHAMBER WHICH IS LINED WITH CERAMIC FIBER ON WALLS/ROOF, REFRACTORY FLOOR, RIBBON TYPE HEATING ELEMENTS ON SIDE WALLS AND ALLOY ROLLS (12" CENTERS). AFTER PASSING THROUGH 3 ZONE 32'LONG HOT ZONE PARTS ENTER 50' OF WATER JACKETED COOLING (LAST APPROX 12’ IS ALSO AIR COOLED) AND DISCHARGE TO EXIT TABLE. TABLE WILL LOWER TRAY FOR UNLOADING (SPEED ROLLERS AT ENTRANCE & EXIT). EMPTY TRAY RETURNS TO ENTRANCE ON ROLLER CONVEYOR UNDER FURNACE. EQUIPPED WITH 4000 CFH EXOTHERMIC GAS GENERATOR AND REFRIGERATION COOLER. ALLOY TRAYS INCLUDED.
